About Caleb Hudgens
Caleb is an attorney at Key Law Office. His primary practice areas are family law and estate planning.
Caleb is a native of Haskell, Texas. He attended Texas State University as a Terry Scholar, and served as an officer of the Student Foundation and as a member of the Council of Scholars for both colleges of mass communication and liberal arts. After graduating summa cum laude in 2010, Caleb began a 10-year long career in education by moving to Cuernavaca, Morelos, México, and teaching English at Cuauhnáhuac Instituto Inglés. Once back in Texas, Caleb worked as a public educator in various school districts teaching English, English as a Second Language, reading, and debate before working as a Digital Learning Coach in Hays CISD and later as an Instructional Technology Coordinator in Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD. Caleb also served as Area 20 Director of the Texas Computer Educator Association representing educators in and around San Antonio for the State of Texas. In 2020, Caleb enrolled at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas. There he was a member of the Texas Tech Board of Barristers, president of OUTlaw, and member of the Family Law Association, Environmental Law Association, and Black Law Student Association. Through his work in public education, Caleb discovered a need and his passion for advocacy for children and their families.
Caleb speaks Spanish, prefers Luzianne tea over Lipton, and is an active member of the Texas Native Plant Society. Most weekends you can find Caleb and his cat, Margo, working in his garden cultivating Texas native plants and cacti.
